Hi! Really digg the style and the mechanical work. Couple of things kind of caught my eye, mostly the overall proportions/balance The proportions are a tiny bit odd, not sure if you were going for something a bit childlike, she not very tall ( 6.5 head tall) but I'm guessing this might be because of the ''anime'' style. Regardless of that her hands especially seems very tiny compared to the body and the neck seems way too short. I believe adding some lenght to the neck really helps her overall proportions and also brinhing the shoulders down a tiny bit. I also did a tiny paintover of the face (but i'm not real good at that stuff) because I feel like that area needs a bit more loving. I do realize you are going for something stylised but it would help to feel a bit more of the planes of the face and structure. The eyelids and crease under the eyes, cheekbone and brows etc.
Hi! Thanks for your C&C. You are right, neck was a bit too short and arms felt they were higher. I made the mistake of not having a full body for this character. And I was trying to do a sort of bolero with the shoulders a bit high and shrugged. Guess that didn't work out lol
Actually I wanted it to be smaller than the average real human size. Was trying to go for a style like mega man and others like that which are actually very childlike while being adults. This is actually one of my first characters in that style so I feel I somehow failed miserably hahaha
I fixed the face as well. And gave the neck a bit of length.
For the hands, I resized them a bit, but I think what's break the design is the length of the legs. The mechanical part is quite long which is what I wanted but in overall doesnt seems to work that well.
I put here a fast grey render to show the changes.
