There is no specific requirement for the assignment.Need to make a full character and i'm going with this one.For the face i'm picking up elements from different face references.
There's usually more fat under the outer lower part of the eye, on the lower eyelid. Also the eyes seem to be a bit too high, they're usually located in the center of the face. There are other issues too but just look at refereces and it'll look better.
Without seeing the references you're using for the face it's hard to say, but based on this character, the eyes also seem too big, and the brow ridge isn't big enough. This character has a fairly pronounced brow ridge. That's something that will help make a character look more intimidating, at the moment yours looks friendly in comparison. I also think your sculpt's ears are a little too big, and they're sticking out too far, especially at the bottom.
@Tomtegubbe and @Khimarra Thank you guys.Worked on the suggestion and made ears smaller and moved them inwards and make eyes go back more so that brow ridge comes out more. This is if have got so far.Working on the pant and the shoe.
Hmm, maybe it's just me but I really think that you could just work more on his lips, feels a little bit unnatural to me and it's not really going along with his nose.
I really like the proportions of his face! He's coming along. I would say his mouth looks too flat along his face. I struggle soooo much with lips/mouths. Sometimes looking at a planer head model helps.
Just reference your reference more I'd say, the shapes of his face are actually very simple, but look complex because of the extreme creases he's got from scars, stress and expression. An example is his nose; your indentation above the Ala of the nose is too large and starts too high, making the shape of your dorsum nasi more of a diamond, where his is more triangular.

It's looking good so far, though! Keep going!
