Taliyah (League of Legends) - Character Practice

Hi!

Long time no see. Lots happened, but I won't bore you with that.

Here's a new piece I'm working on in my free time. I took the design of Taliyah from League of Legends, but I'll be adjusting it a little, or at least not going for likeness. It's all about making a good looking full character sculpt in the end.

The beggining

Update. I've worked on the block-in, which is at a very rough stage at the moment, but I can work on a nice sculpt from here. The one part I'm really unhappy about is the back of the hair.

Cleaned up the whole thing. Onto proper sculpting now.

Really good start, I'm liking the boots so far.
I think the head feels a bit large, personally.  I'm looking forward to the progress on this!

I second the boots, they are so nice! You also did a really nice job repeating the forms of the rocks in the hair.

VeryCrunchyTaco, thanks! I'll check the proportions before going into any detailed sculpting. It might just look like that cause of the massive hair, but I'll double check ;]

Artofmars, thanks, glad you like it. The hair's still giving me trouble! I really need to work out the back. All fun though!

Little progress. Finalized the very basic sculpt of everything, gonna move on to tweaking, fixing, details and cleanup.

Still on it! Posed her and now I'm going to sculpt in a pose, because why not.


I had a different pose at first, but messed up my save and lost subtools and subdiv levels, so...this one's not happening.
