live symmetry plug-in for photoshop?

was digging around some kind of symmetry tool for photoshop, and i came across this: http://polycount.com/discussion/127112/dumbsymmetry-for-photoshop


however it seems that thread is dead, and the plugin is outdated for photoshop cc. is there any tool similar? I was gonna switch to autodesk sketchbook pro, but i got turned off by the subscription model. Was gonna pirate, but  kind of a pain to dig around for one.

thank you, that will work. by the way, for the move tool, is there an equivalent to the "auto-select" option function in photoshop?

Hey Travis,
I lost the source code unfortunately with my previous laptop being stolen, and it's so difficult to redo something that has been made already! I'm planning to make a new better version for CC+ but rather in month or so

You could use ctrl+right click with the move tool. Its not exactly like photoshop though It will move the thing that your mouse is over but won't switch to its layer.

You can easily switch to the layer that's under your cursor by holding the R key and clicking on the canvas, too.
