Hey everyone! I am working on a Concept piece for a 3D project I hope to put in my portfolio, and I would love some feedback on how to improve my concept art skills. I have made scenes based off of other concepts, but I would like to get better at creating my own. So any critique you could lend would be most appreciated! Thank you in advance.

One thing that catches my eye right away is a lack of compositional focus. My eye darts all over trying to find the narrative. What is this painting trying to communicate? It's really unclear.
