Weird displaying of the model in Marmoset

Hello guys! I'm here for the first time and I need your help!
I have created 3D model of a house and it looks okay in both 3ds Max (VRay) and Unreal Engine. However, when importing this model to Marmoset or Sketchfab I recieve some strange artifacts. Polygons turn dark, and some blinking on faces. I don't know why, because there're no flipped polygons, and I also checked normals.
What is strange, the model worked okay previously, but after adding a 2nd channel for lightmaps it works weird. I don't know if that is the reason.
