I might reduce the contrast between the dirt and the wood. That's the only thing I can think of. I don't really know much about substance designer but it looks pretty nice to me!
Not much of a substance designer myself but as far as texturing goes here is what stands out to me. The thing that comes up at first glance is the tiles have this height detail lines that go across each tile, while they should be going along it <-dunno if i described the part accurately. Makes the tiles look like strips of leather belt rather than wood, try rotating the height detail 90 degrees or adding different detail texture to it maybe it'll help. Keep up the good work.
ok...i've just bring some updates to the original one...as melli suggest i reduced the contrast between the dirt and the wood and as said zodd i rotated one of the normals details by 90° and here is the result...
