Radial Tunnel Syndrome - Braces?

Question : Recommended braces for people with Radial Tunnel Syndrome(Or general wrist braces)? Experiences with wrist braces?

So I've always had a numbness in my thumb/index/and partial middle finger, played double bass for 8+ years and it really messed up my arm with the way you held the bow inwardly and practiced liked mad. Anyway. It didn't bother me.

Turns out that the numbness wasnt due to carpal tunnel, got in a car accident and it started bugging me a bit more, now that I irritated it again at work, entire radial muscle feels inflamed and its irritating to draw/sculpt. Seeing as im a new artist trying to at least be a little decent THIS FREAKING BLOWS YO. So. Not going to ignore the pain and draw through. Maybe even my post about this kind of injury will help some people out, since i've only seen posts about carpal tunnel

So, are you working with a doctor on this? An occupational therapist would be a good resource for improving a physical impairment like this.

Yeah I've got an appointment this next week, I'm just wanting to do my best with it until then. Was curious if other artist around here have experienced the same, and if there were going to maybe be different braces or things that other people experienced I could bring up with him.
