Film Offset - Maya Camera to After Effects

I have a Maya camera that i need to import into after effects and noticed the nulls that i places are offset slightly. I was having a terrible time trying to figure out why, and noticed i had the film offset in Maya set to (0.00 , -0.144). I have no idea why this offset was placed, but now i have already rendered out thousands of frames and can't redo these renders. So my question is in two parts:

Is there a way to set the film offset on the 3D camera in After Effects to match that of Maya, so that my nulls snap to objects they need to?

If not....

Is there a way to create a new camera in Maya, point/orient contrain it to the original camera, bake the simulation and then offset those coordinates to match the original camera?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
