Can you have 2 different versions of Maya installed at the same time?

Hi all,
So 1 thing that I keep on forgetting about is if you can have 2 different versions of Maya installed on your computer at the same time? I have Maya 2014 installed right now, but I might want to download Maya 2016 as well and install it. If I need to install Maya 2016 on my computer, would I be able to have both the 2014 and 2016 versions installed at the same time on the same computer without having any issues? Also both of these would be the Student Versions of the software.
