Solved: Crashing after adding new clean layer + issue with layers

Hello, I have been having this issue for a while now and by no means am I the best with Quxiel but I have been experiencing crashes when I want to add a clean layer, when saving files through Quxiel, and randomly. Please note that I have the latest Java, do not have anti-virus software, windows firewall has an exception, I am running Photoshop CS6, I am running windows 10, and all graphics drivers are up to date.

The screen shots below show two of my problems
layers not showing up in the content navigation on the left and also the crash error after I try to add a clean layer.

Go ahead and close Photoshop, run it as an administrator once (don't permanently enable the option), close it again, then run SUITE afterward. Please let me know if DDO functions as normal afterward.

and also the little context navigation (On the left) still does not display the layer when I add a material

Do you have multiple installs of Photoshop? If you don't, can you confirm if this is a legitimate copy of Photoshop CS6? Some users have reported that they bought a copy of Photoshop that turned out to be pirated. When they tried using SUITE with it, NDO or DDO threw unpredictable, unreproducible (on our end) errors such as this. A good way to check for this is to try installing the Adobe Creative Cloud application and installing a trial version of Photoshop CC 2014 or 2015, and then seeing if this issue is resolved there.

If it is, you can always try reinstalling CS6, and then run DDO again.

CS6 works so does that mean I payed for a pirated version of photoshop

It's very possible - but I can't be certain as I wasn't there when you bought it.
