My friend and I decided to jump into Unreal Engine 4 and try to make something cool. We don't have any solid goal for the game at the moment other than survival wave based shooter. So as of now, we are just getting the base FPS set up and ready to play around with.
We welcome all critiques so please leave us a comment. enjoy!

Switched gears and started working on an interior modular set.
Not long started using substance designer myself and really loving it!
I'm guessing you're using the 2nd substance on a wall (with the dusty part of the wall) you could simply have it without the dust at the base like that and instead apply dust via decals. Just incase you need to use that material and tile it more. (without the dust repeating a lot)
Keep em coming dude!
Yeah I thought about that but decided that i could author its placement, using the depth inside substance designer to get a more natural look. And whenever i have a second story i was already planning on putting some cross beams in. They would hide the vertical tailing seams of this wall texture for me.
here is a screenshot to show a bit what i mean:
I do think the method you suggested would work great for the floor corners and some other grunge/damage.
some other screenshots with the materials added.
