VRay RT - Engine Type CUDA Problem

When I try to render with VrayRT using my graphics card (CUDA), I get this error line:
Warning:line 1:render host xxxxxxxx (xxx.x.x.x.xxxxx) is not responding, 
why does this occur?

Did you try googling the error message?

That usually works great for me, since someone has already likely seen the same message, and made a post about it. And then others respond with solutions.

Often the search results will point directly to the program's own help files. (like this error does!)

I did but could not figure the solutions, thought someone here could help me out with much more clear of an explaniation, thank you for pointing that out though

Turning off my firewall, I read its related to my interenet (thats why I guess my IP was written in there [It must be my IP, right?]),
