I just got ZBrush a couple days ago and I'm really enjoying it. Other than the free trial and a tiny bit of Sculptris a few years ago, I haven't really touched a modelling program since 3DS Max in the late 90s. I got a few skull and noggin test sculpts out of the way and then started my first ever full body sculpt yesterday.
This is about 10 hrs of work with ~700k total points. I've got an anatomical encyclopedia on hand, but I've been staring at my work just long enough to start getting blinds spots. The posture probably isn't perfect, and the arms' scale might need a bit of tweaking, but other than that I'm not sure what to improve. Looking for any criticism that will come my way, though I'm mostly concerned about the overall form before I start detailing the hands and feet and insert a head.

I'm currently trying to figure out how I want to separate the fingers and toes. It feels like I'm overlooking something obvious to make it easy, but there's a lot of slice and brush tools I haven't gotten into yet.
I'd suggest your first step should be switching to a better shader - Red Wax isn't great for general sculpting.
