I did this project during a WorkShop with Danilo Athayde, I learned a lot, and also met a lot of good artists, I would like to thank everyone for the suport.
So this is the final result, I used maya for the base mesh, zbrush for the highpoly and polypaint, substance for some textures and the renders are from marmoset.
This model is based on concept made by Jake Gumbleton.
