So I'm new to 3D modeling, and have made a few models in 3Ds Max. I am having trouble texturing my models though with photoshop, and the viewport canvas. My issue is that I don't know how to make it so my texture doesn't look all pixelated as I paint it. Here is a screenshot. Does making the UVW bigger or smaller have an effect on the resolution?

So obviously more pixels=more resolution.
I think you're referring to the opacity 100 from your screenshot?
I recommend at least learning the very fundamentals of what a texture is. Have you looked on the Wiki here on PC?
Also, hit F9 in Max to render the viewport to check it there.
