Maya 2017/Arnold - how do I prevent reflections onto the back of a transparent object?

So I modeled a watch, and I'm fairly new to Arnold. I've set up my shaders and so far it's turned out pretty well, except that the guts of the watch (hands, gears, etc) are reflecting back up onto the crystal. The result looks very strange and unrealistic, and I didn't have this problem with mental ray in Maya 2016.5. Any suggestions?
