Need Help In This Game VFX .

Hi everyone, do you have any ideas to make this kind of VFX? I tried too many times but it's seem harder than i think, i also try to find a tutorial about that kind of water flowing but no hope , please help me . This video is Samaritan UE3 tech demo. Thank you.

Thats just a plane with a panning texture and transparency. If you want to recreate this in unreal, you'd need to use the panner node.

Thank you, Obscura. I'm trying your method, so it's mean i need to make a flowing water texture set, then pan it along the plane.
