I think maybe make his eyes a bit bigger, make his brow more pronounced by smoothing out his forehead a bit. Add some more fat above/at the end of his mouth. There is no doubt more that has to be done, but it's what I think at this point would make the most difference.
Al has fairly pronounced eye bags. Maybe your model could use a bit deeper grooves under the eyes? He also seems to have a bit more hooded eyelids, though that depends on his boredom level I suppose.
What photo of Al Pacino did you use for the hairstyle? You should definitely use a hairstyle like Al Pacino if this is suppose be a likeness. I wouldn't go with anything else unless you're trying to create a fictional character who resembles Al Pacino.
In the high resolution model, I noticed that the details looked a bit off. It seems like you've added the texture through noise and it looks the same texture throughout the entire face. I would definitely check out this George Clooney likeness tutorial from this amazing artist Hossein Diba: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rnVROI8SF9Y. You'll notice how crazy detailed you can get with the face. If you're aiming for in-game resolution, I'm not too sure if this hyper detailing really matters. Whenever I try to bake a 4k normal map for the head of my characters, my computer crashes.
It looks like you're making some good progress so far. Keep up the good work!

I've tweaked it a bit more but I dunno, I feel like it's not there yet and I don't want to move onto detailing until the base looks good.
Maybe the nose is a bit too long, chin too big, a bit more fat over the eye, a slightly modified eye?
This is the progress I made today. I feel like I've improved things a bit, but Im not quite there yet.
Moving to secondary.

It's still a WIP, but it's getting there? Maybe? Making hair is absolute pain.
