very good execution, its a high quality character model thats for sure. Personally I actually prefer your initial idea as a design, it has a nice mix of large, medium and small shapes and areas of rest. Your final character in comparison has lost the flowing shapes of the initial direction and has too many bevels, angles and details covering the forms, its well executed but not as pleasing to look at.

Hey Thanks for the feedback! will do better next time.
Gotta say, Really into this! My favorite part about this, is how heavy this character looks. IT looks as though if this thing were made of solid steel. Cool stuff!
Seems nice but he seems a bit noisy, too much detail at every place. Reducing some would make it easier to read. Also consider more differences in roughness, the specular highlights everywhere add to the details, also maybe add a subtle gradient, from brighter top to darker bottom, which helps grounding the character. The Kabuto V or the yellow thing could also have the same orange as the sword, if you have a highlight color, repeating it at least once gives good results generally.

Thanks for the feedback! I think those are some good points that I can still work on.
Here's an update on the main character. Also a link to the marmoset viewer on Artstation if you guys are interested in turning him around and stuff. I did some fixes/optimizations on it aswell. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/z0034 Thanks for the feedback again!
