Something special for SUITE customers!

Make sure to be on the lookout for a free month of the Megascans freelancer subscription, including 50 points and one month of Megascans Studio! Megascans Bridge will always be free. 

We are currently doing some back-end preparations for this, but wanted to give you a small heads-up. If you are already a Megascans subscriber, your account will simply fill up with 50 extra points for you to spend as you please.

We felt this was the best way to resolve any misunderstandings over what was included with SUITE 1 and SUITE 2 - and we hope you agree!

I have not received an email, it could be because I recently changed it (I got the SUITE as a gift, so any emails probably got sent to the family member who bought it).

• Will everyone get a free month no matter what type of license they have [academic/freelancer/etc]?
• Will 1.0 customers who upgraded to 2.0 for free also get free month?

And something about current Quixel Suite Dashboard:
• Add option to change e-mail.
• Add information about type of license that you bought.
There was such info shown before but right now there is no indication of it.

If this free month expires and I re-subscribe a few months later, will the extra 50 points carry over? Also is there any way to tell when the free subscription will expire?

If your subscription expires, your points are lost.

You should be able to check your current subscription information via your profile on Megascans.se.

Thanks for clarifying about the points.

There is nothing in billing history to indicate when the sub expires, since there has technically been no billing activity, but I guess I can just go and see when I got the notification email.
