When I hit the "F key", that "black area" shows up. And I can't remove that area.

1. Hit the F key once.

2. Hit the F key twice.

3. When I detach the canvas, it is broken like as picture below.

I tried to uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" in performance setting, and it fixed the problem. However, I can't work with uncheck that option because it makes Photoshop slow...And, I think it's not solving cause of problem. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem???? Help me :'(

i have no problems here with a GTX 1070 in a very similar syttem so I assume it's the driver failing you. that version number does not look like an nvidia one to me? download a driver directly from their page and don't use whatever comes with the OS.

if there are still problems, try tweaking photoshop's (hardware acceleration) advanced settings. set it to basic and play with the options to see if that makes a difference. also, while you're there, you can set the cache levels to the maximum value. the default is too little for running PS well on a high res display anyway (in my experience) so if you have that it can make a big performance difference.

Actually, that driver is 372.54. They said it just showing that # in system info.

I did everything... and there is still problem.

hm ok. i'm on windows 7 and actually don't know 10 at all so if nothing works so far then have you checked:
    - that there's nothing running in the background that uses the graphics hardware in any way. close down any 3d app and see if photoshop still weirds out?
    - that your version of CC is blessed by adobe as win 10-compatible
    - that there are no win-10 specific configuration steps at all for photoshop that you may have missed?

also, your CPU has it's own integrated graphics module (intel hd 530). might want to try if photoshop behaves when you run your system with that as the primary GPU instead of the nvidia card to see if it's the nvidia driver or a general windows issue.

If it's a new PC then something is not co-operating with Photoshop or Windows10.

I gave up. I asked this Adobe, and apparently there are others like me. And they also had no idea. I guess Photoshop, GTX 10, and Windows 10 are not getting along together well.... I put my monitor in intel HD 530, and it worked perfectly. Something wrong with relationship between my GTX 1070 and Photoshop CC. I will just wait their update in future...

It's finally fixed... I restore my Windows and reinstall all of my tools one by one. And, it's fixed so far. Maybe it was something wrong with Windows 10 back then.

Something wrong with Windows10, back then ? I assume you recently got the computer ?
As I said, there was something wrong with your computers setup.

But there is no other problem. Just Photoshop. I use m my pca for 3ds max, zbrush, substance painter, and all AAA games. And there is no problem using those. Only photoshop had problem. I think it's about software problem. Not hardware.
