3D Rigger AND Animator needed
We're building a game for which we have three characters that need animating.
- One is rigged and has most animations complete.
- One is rigged and needs many more animations still added
- One needs to be rigged and animated still
We're offering $800 total for the work plus 1% of the game's revenue over 1 year.
The LookAnimations need to look realistic, I'm looking for someone with examples in their portfolio that show attention to all details when doing animations. Here are some examples of animations with good levels of realism:
http://maccollo.deviantart.com/art/Carnotaurus-run-cycle-315745901Notice how all sections of the dinosaur move at all times. Even looking from a top down view you see the spine moving along the entire length.
http://pommegenozide.deviantart.com/art/ANIM-I-Broke-Your-Monitor-183721881These videos show some completed in-game animations. The first video also shows full camera directing and VFX integrated to give you an idea of the quality we're going for.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5rMcl8HBx0https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIf-Oy4Gcr8EngineThe game is in Unity 5. It's fine if you haven't worked with Unity before as long as you are willing to work through any learning / growing pains learning a new engine. You would be expected to bring the animations into the engine and check them into source control.
Relaxed EnvironmentWe're really easy going and easy to work with and only want to bring on other people that are as well. We don't apply deadlines to you, we'll work out a timeline we're both happy with before we sign anything and that will be the timeline we expect the work done in.
We want to work with people willing to rework and change things that don't look right or won't work stylistically. Please only PM us if you're easy to work with and are more interested in getting it right, than getting through it.
