Zbrush Alpha Resources?

I'm trying to find a good website where there are plenty of quality alphas for Zbrush. I watch tutorial on how to make realistic humans and environments and everyone pretty much uses alphas all the time when detailing. Rarely am I given suggestions on where to find alphas which these artists use in their tutorials. Anyway, I'm wondering if any of you know of any great resource sites, any tips or tricks, or if I should not be lazy and spend an exorbitant amount of time painstakingly creating the realistic textures myself.
