The game itself is just a Trivia, which does not violate any terms. And as per their guidelines, they mentioned that we can not say "Dota 2 certification Battle" since that would not be accepted. Since this is something made "for" Dota 2, we can use Certification Battle for Dota2 as the name. So i dont think it should have any issue
