Hello fellow polycounters!
I would like to introduce you to the latest status of our game that goes by the Workingtitle of Warhalla! The Team:
The Alpha was developed by a team of four students as our 5th semesters project. The team consisted of:
Eva Kaup: Concepts & Texturing
Katharina Ricken: Rigging, Animation & Environment
Julian Neagu: Character & Weapon Modelling
Tom Nietfeld (me): Programming & VFX
New to the team now:
Jannic Boehme: Sound
We now decided to continue our work on Warhalla for our bachelor thesis
and heavily appreciate every feedback we can get! Also for any tips and tricks for Steam Greenlight we are all ears
I have made an explanation-video for the game that should cover everything else:

This particular concept was an Overpaint of our very first whiteboxed map to define the style we were aiming for.
Thsi concept was one of the first weapon concepts and was to define the style of the weapons we wanted to go with. Our focus was on funny, but functional weapons
These are some Iterations on Thors Champion we had. After we agreed on his body type we iterated on different armor styles.
Currently we are rethinking all of these decisions that we made so really any feedback on the current state of the game will be helpful. We are aware that there is still a long road ahead until we have the game in a polished state and would love to hear as many opinions as possible

Most of the SFX are placeholders at this point, as our sound guy just finished the music and will take care of the sound next. And yes that obnoxious chickengun will be first
