[3ds Max 2017] Compatibility fix for Outliner released

I just released a 3ds Max 2017 compatible version of Outliner ( now on 2.1.6 ).  Previous versions of Outliner would crash on open in 3ds Max2017 SP1 and SP2, because of an array initialization bug in 3ds Max 2017.
