How to add more meshes to Substance Painter Project

Heya,
Currently i have 3 different meshes (gums,teeth,tongue) which i have started to texture already.
Is it possible to add my head model into the same project? I cannot seem to find a way except making a new project and importing all 4 meshes, and then retexturing......

You should be able to reimport(edit menu not new file)all 4 as a single .fbx and just make sure the materials at named exactly the same on export to retain the texture sets and any texturing.
