[Closed] Historical helmet relief recreation from image

Hello! I'm interested in commissioning a 3d model (no texturing necessary) of a relief on the helmet of an Austrian Dragoon officer. I don't need the rest of the helmet, but I do need quite a bit of detail in the relief as I plan to 3d print it at full-size. Here are some pictures:
I'm new to this so I don't know what's normal in regards to payment. If you're reputable here I'm fine with 50% down, 50% on delivery. Message me quotes and I'll pick the best when I have a few choices.
