How do I get it back? I use it all the time and I can not work without it.

    never mind. This started as an error that would not let me edit my layers because "I was in MRGB mode" (spoiler alert, I was not) so I thought a bug just built up and glitched it out. Turns out it won't show up if you're not in Poly3D mode
