xNormal baking error around seams/creases

Hi,

I've been attempting to make a my first character that is rigged with normal maps; however, I have encountered a few problems, for instance:


How do I resolve baking errors that occur around seams/creases like above?

    Hi, Robota. It's kind of hard to troubleshoot this issue without having a look at both the low and high poly models. My guess is that when you exported the meshes they weren't ocupying the same space -- in other words, they were not inside each other; or they were, but the low poly was not covering the high poly in those areas.

    Hey, I just got your message. What you said reminded me of the 3d viewer cage setting in xNormal. You're definitely right, I adjusted the low res model and the bake turned out with much less error. Thank you!
