Solved: Layer editing mode not working

So in NDO when I convert a selection to a normal, the layer editing window doesn't appear to let me change size, depth etc. I'm having a similar problem in DDO as well where after I've created a project, the window doesn't appear that has the albedo, gloss tabs etc.

Alright, that's definitely strange. I will note that I've seen this happen in the following cases:

Photoshop wasn't run as administrator (right-click on Photoshop with SUITE and Photoshop closed, select run as administrator, close, reopen SUITE)
Multiple installs of Photoshop
Photoshop user preferences needing to be deleted and rebuilt (happens automatically when the user preferences folder is deleted)
SUITE install is corrupt and needs a clean install (uninstall, restart, reinstall)
Pirated copy of Photoshop installed

Problem Solved. Upgraded to Photoshop CC 2015.5 and everything's working now.
