After a couple of years away from 3D asset creation, I feel the time is right to reinvent my portfolio. I wanted to start off with a piece by an artist named; Becca Hallstedt, who has kindly given me permission to develop this piece from one of her own concepts.
If you haven't already please do check out her work:For the rocks I will be using geospheres within zbrush. I will also be creating the tree stumps within zbrush and creating their low poly mesh using Topogun. As for the vines at this point i'm unsure of the best way to go with these. I may simply exclude them from the sculpt or try to use the tube sculpting function within zbrush.
Any tips on creating the vines would be appreciated.

Sculpt Progress - Edges
Sculpted all of the alters edges today to give them a worn look. Will be doing a second pass tomorrow to add more unique damageand wear to the alter.
Started work on the other assets from the scene today, created a couple of rocks and 2 of the 3 tree stumps. Not going to go into server detail on the stumps to keep in line with the simple hand painted look. The stump at the front still needs a fair bit of work.
