Just to report this bug in 2.2.0 :
The "Right clic -> Rotate..." and the "Right Clic -> Offset and rotation" are not linked.
If I apply a 180 or 90 rotation on a smart layer and later I want to apply an offset, the previous rotation is canceled.
Moreover, the rotation don't appears in the "Offset & Rotation" window.
