Unreal Engine 4 and Substance Designer Issue

Hi, so I've been playing with Substance Designer and making some textures I'd look to use in Unreal Engine. The problem is I don't really know how to import the textures I've created in Substance unto Unreal for use. How would I go about doing that?

Are you going to export textures, or the substance itself?
Either way, I don't know why you don't go to youtube or google for this type of question since a tutorial would be better then a "verbal" response.
