Collaboration forum

Many of us here are learning, and I though it would be a cool idea to create a collaboration forum which will allow people to collaborate as part of their learning experience. people could create something together and learn from each other at the same time! In this collaboration forum people will state their skill set and what they want to do and learn, other people will see and if they are interested its a win win! Both sides will enjoy and learn the process. Opinions?
