Answered: Change the path of previewer

Hello,

I want to know if t's possible to change the default path of the previewer ?
Default path is : C :\Users \xxxx \AppData \Roaming
And when i create a bunch of project, this folder is full of folders like "1661255415" that are really big for some in 4096².
I've a middle end 250G SSD and want to change the path to my 3To Data HDD.

ddo for the most. I'm on the last 2.2.0

You'll need to specify a path for your project at project creation in order for it not to default to your local user directory.

I always specify it at the creation beginning. But there's still documents like "Base (Normal).psb"  and a "previewer" folder (empty most of the time) created in that path.

I post again because i've seen that ndo does this too. When I launch the "Photo Normal presets" it create a folder in the same path with "BaseMaterial [Normal].psd" and a previewer folder. How to change this ?

You can't currently - you'll need to move the documents out of your local user folder for now.
