How to Fix this issue (Unhandled Exception Error in V-ray)

I'm trying to rendering a scene (250 Frames) in the middle (148 - 155 frame) its coming Autodesk error report contains following files (3dsmax_minidump.dmp, dmpuserinfo.xml, dumpdata.zip) for rendering setting in a TGA image sequence, (Setting: 32-bit, compression & Pre-multiplied Alpha) Version 3ds max 2016 & V-ray 3.20.03, i had tried to render in avi also its getting same error in the middle (i had searched in google for fix this issue, tried but no use this method (C:\Users\VIJAY K\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2016 - 64bit\ENU) folder to 64bit\ enu-temp

Please let me know to solve this issue

What is the exact text of the error message? Usually when I get a reproducible crash, I copy the dialog text and search it on the web.
