This is my first ever environment modelling in 3dsmax. The scene was a small garage.I would like to get suggestion on how i can make it better portfolio piece.I will be bring it into UE4 and will be doing PBR textures.There's a sample picture of the wall that i will be going for this when i bring it into UE4.
You say you will be doing PBR materials, so that means the current ones are placeholders? Be sure you're getting material scale right when you do make the final materials; right now, it's way off in some places.
This is a very complex scene to be tackling as a beginner. I'd recommend focusing on one asset (maybe the engine) and taking the time to get it looking really amazing before you get bogged down trying to bring the full scene to completion.
Yes sure.I felt that too that center piece(engine)is weak.This my school assignment and we jumped straight from asset building to full environment scene, so i'm figuring out the right approach for making better environment scene.
