3ds max - Steering wheel

A 3dsmax question. I transferred my keybinds from my laptop to my desktop. Target weld is set to shift+w. It works fine on the laptop but on the desktop it toggle a steering wheel. How can I disable it? Settings are the same on both machines. On the laptop the steering wheel even has the same keybind but it doesn't toggle. It's driving me nuts. I'd like to keep it because it's an easy to reach keybind and it's what I use in Maya. (Couldn't find anything on google. Most info said you couldn't change the bind, but I don't get why it works on the laptop and not on the other machine).

Look for Keyboard Shortcut Override. I bet it's this.

Have you looked at the Max help files about keyboard shortcuts? They explain this better than I can.

@Eric Chadwick : Thank you, that did fix it. No idea how it was on on one machine and not the other. Must've randomly clicked it at some point. Thanks again!
