Hey guys I had a question.
My machine can only handle a zbrush subtool (head) of up to around 16 million, the next subd up 64 million, is too laggy to work with.
I am creating a realistic head, am i correct in thinking an 8k texture is not necessary if I am only using the 16million polys subd, as a 4k texture equals to 16.7 million pixels whilst an 8k is 67mil pixels.
I am wanting to import an 8k displacement (micro Detail)) from Mari and project it on to my 16mil subtool then carry on sculpting. Will it lose quality upon projection ?
