Hey guys! So close to finishing this piece off, need a bit of feedback would be greatly appreciated. So I started from a concept art piece found on Deviant Art. Modeled, unwrapped, textured and rendered. I feel like there is something missing with my texturing and the renderer needs tweaking a little. What do you guys think?

If you look at these maps which you can see how the end result should end up looking like.
What I had meant was if you had a high poly that you had baked onto this model. In a typical workflow you will create a blockout model, then a subdivided highpoly, and then an optimized low poly which you bake the high poly onto.
I think you would really benefit from following some tutorials and then coming back to this project. Tim Bergholz has some nice paid and free tutorials, particularly the grenade modeling / texturing and the ultimate weapon tutorial - https://gumroad.com/timb
Ah I understand, no nothing was really baked from the High to a Low, its just a High Poly, yeah the normal details are very suitable indeed.
What I was going for is a high poly finished render, and not really a game ready asset. Maybe I should rethink that and make it game ready.
Definitely will change the roughness and metallic maps.
