Hello Everyone!

We're back again, this time we are looking for positions to fill in our team. The game is an RTS set in space with full 3D navigation and focuses heavily on tactical combat. Ships have weapon firing arcs, subsystems that run on a power generator of which can have drastic effects on the ship if damaged, and a complex set of commands that can produce amazing maneuvers and a variety of tactical combat game play. The Fleet Hackers development team is currently in the process of finishing up a pre-alpha version of our game with multiple game levels started and a few ships rigged for battle.

You can take a look at the latest progress update.

This game has spent years in the design phase and only recently received a massive injection of art. With the help of a very talented concept artist last year, we were able to finish our prototype and begin development on our next version of the game. Here's where you come in. We are in the process of developing our first teaser trailer of the game due to release some time this fall. Our game will be pitched to numerous investors and funding options such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and even a Steam Greenlight/Early Access. In order to pay the artists, we need a few artists to help bring the vision to life in the most convincing way. Currently we have a lot of place holder graphics, the ships are low poly and the textures are low resolution without a lot of shading or various mapping layers applied. We are in dire need of skilled artists to help us complete the push to our game play/demo debut. When we have secured funding, we can discuss the revenue share and payment going further, all of which are highly negotiable depending on workload and various factors.

Requirements:
- Able to make schedule (a set number of hours per week, minimum of 15) and coordinate with the needs of the development team.
- Flexible when it comes to switching between multiple art projects.
- Good 3D modeling skills (modeling ships and wepons mostly)
- Good Texture skills (baked lighting, bump mapping, etc.)
