I don't work for Knald, but I can say that it's generally a good idea to post a video of this sort of thing so it can be troubleshooted. Try getting a video from the point you open Knald to the point where the crash occurs, along with any crash log. This will assist @metalliandy in figuring out the problem.
@ZombieDEV I'm not 100% sure what you mean when you explain the crash. Do you mean it crashes when you load a low poly? If so can you send me a copy of the mesh/meshes that is/are crashing please? You can either PM me the mesh or email it to support@knaldtech.com
Hey! Thanks for the files. Both meshes work ok for me here, so it looks like this might be a system specific issue with your PC. We will have to do some more detailed troubleshooting I think.

I have a I7 4770K (3.50 GHz), one GTX 970 windforce, and 16 gb ram DDr3 Is not my pc.... Pd: and windows 10
Many issues can be caused by problems on the Windows side so it's not necessarily a hardware issue As the meshes load perfectly on my test machines it's very likely that it is something specific to your machine that is causing the problem, such as something hasn't installed correctly or has become corrupted. If the meshes were broken here too then it would more likely be an issue with the meshes.
Could you do the following please?
Zip up and send me the contents from the
following folder C:/Users/%username%/AppData/Local/Knald
Technologies (It contains logs and crash information that
might help us figure out what the problem is).
Run DXDiag, export the report and send us
the resulting .txt file.
Also, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Knald to see if that helps.

Thanks for the screenshots!
It looks like the low poly mesh you are using is broken is some way. Can you send me a copy of the low poly mesh please? You can either PM me the mesh or email it to support@knaldtech.com
You could also try saving the mesh as a different format (we support fbx and obj) and see if that fixes the issue too.
