Hey guys! Decided to start doing this to force myself to post more work on Polycount I really appreciate and love to hear any critiques on anything that I post here so feel free to comment and give feedback.
Tonight I did some work on my entry for the Comiccon 2016 Undead Hero/Villains Challenge. I'm working on an Undead Version of Howard the Duck. I spent some time on the skull/head area and trying to figure out the hands which Im currently having a lot of difficulty with
1. I think I'm pretty much finished with Howard for now
2. I did some more work on my Tracer fan art. Trying to fix proportions and to get the face right which I'm having quite a bit of trouble with lol
3. Lastly, I've decided I want to start studying/practicing something Anatomy related every day. So today I did some reading and did a cruddy little arm sculpt. Not very exciting but I think cataloging these anatomy studies will be fun to see progress over time.
Fleshing (pun intended) out my anatomy study a bit more. Just trying to focus on basic proportions and form. Still a bit more I want to do before going into real details
Also I am taking a character art class with Adam Skutt and this is the current progress on the character I'm developing. I am using Imaan Hammam as my reference
Been spending a lot of time with Retopology and Baking lately. I went back to my old Mega Man Rush fan art project, retopologized him, baked him down (as well as projected Polypaint details from Zbrush. Been itching to learn Substance Painter but I'm gonna save that for new projects) and got him into Marmoset. This is my first time really trying to get something into a Marmoset Viewer.
Thought I would share with you guys a 3D Printing piece that I worked on as a surprise for my girlfriend. This is Bandana Waddle Dee from the Kirby video games I digitally sculpted him in Zbrush and engineered him for print. I then printed him on my Prusa i3 MK2S, primed and sanded him and then painted him with acrylics. This is my first project that I've finished all the way on and still have a lot to learn about this process but I'm happy with how he came out!
Here is the final version of the concept sculpt I was working on. Couldnt decide between Keyshot and BPR renders so I posted both https://www.artstation.com/artwork/e2PzG
