Please uninstall all but one version of Photoshop to ensure SUITE compatibility, and then reinstall the SUITE to see if this clears up.

Thank for answer. I'll try, but now i'm see this error. I'm launch Photoshop & Quixel as administrator, but i'm again see this error...

If you're getting this issue with DDO, the problem likely comes from loading a file with no extension, like a *.PNG that was saved without *.PNG.

Maybe i don't understand, But it's comes when i'm launch Photoshop and after that launch Quixel Suite and launch DDO..

Which version of SUITE and Photoshop are you using?

Photoshop CC (2015.5) from official site and Quixel SUITE 2.2.0

Go ahead and grab the 2.2.1 pre-release update from Quixel Live Support. Let me know if that resolves this for you.
