Character Creation anyone wana give advice?

Hey, currently making a character but having difficulty understanding the topology of it, I've been trying to look at countless reference and tutorials but feel like I am at a point that I'm going in circles.

Unfortunately I am not allowed to upload it on the internet but would anyone be willing to have a look one on one (won't bother you again if you would like), it would be immensely appreciated otherwise would there be a public chat (maybe a server on IRC) that could also be used?
