Max - Save Command Panel rollout positions!

I found one thread talking about this, but the problem was never solved.
How can I save the position of the rollouts inside the command panel? I can open/close/set each sub-element's rollout the way I want to, but when I exit element mode and enter again, rollouts have changed position or opened themselves.
Tried saving UI files and loading, putting modifiers on top and collapsing, attaching objects...Has anyone ever solved this? It's very annoying to open a client's scene and have to readjust to their layouts every time.
