Hiring Experienced Environment Artist to Create Modular Houses

Hello. We're looking for a talented and experienced Environment Artist to make houses for our project "Our Ghosts of War". The workflow we're using is slightly different than a straight up modular workflow. Since we're trying to keep the drawcalls down what you would be doing is this:

You would create the different pieces that make up a single house (House 1). You would put the pieces together in your 3D software of choice, unwrap it, and export it in as few pieces as possible. You would then take all the pieces you used to make House 1 and reuse as many of those pieces to make House 2. You would create any additional new pieces you lack for House 2. You would then reuse as many of the pieces for Houses 1 and 2 for House 3. And again create any additional pieces you need for House 3. The process would then be repeated. Eventually we would have enough pieces that we could just kitbash the houses together.
