With every piece you should ask yourself what you're trying to improve on and how this piece will achieve that. When working with hard-surface and futuristic concepts, you should ask be asking WHY almost constantly.
Why does this have a circular hole at the top? ATMs dispense cash, where does the cash come out on this machine? Why is there a camera pointing at an area where the person would not be standing? What are the red things, what are they made out of and what is their purpose? Is that another camera not pointing where anyone would be standing in the circular cutout?
disregarding those points, the textures all pretty simple. Only a diffuse color and a roughness value it looks like. You should gather references for your next project and think about why you're making something the way you are. If you put a lot of time and effort in, you'll improve a lot.

I agree, the design had many flaws; and the textures are too simple, it gives little information to the viewer. Your feedback is priceless, Thank you for taking the time to write it down.
